We are happy to issue a refund, exchange or on-line store credit of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise must be in new unused condition and in its original packaging. Mabyl, Inc will not accept any merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition in any way. Custom orders are not returnable. Please keep in mind that exotic skins are one-of-a-kind. Colors and textures may vary slightly.

Shipping
Domestic standard shipping is complimentary for orders $200 and over. For orders less than $200 UPS shipping rates are applied. Expedited shipping is available. Please inquire about international shipping as custom duties may apply.
While most of our products are available and ship within two days, each is hand made and may require additional time to ship. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
